The cast members at the Riviera were truly exceptional — friendly, patient, and attentive in a way that felt personal and heartfelt. They surprised our grandson with an early birthday treat, even though he doesn’t turn 16 for a few more weeks, and that little moment became one of the highlights of our trip.

We created our own magic, too. We surprised him with a Birthday Celebration room setup arranged by Ring In On Events, and they were absolutely phenomenal. Professional, timely, and incredibly detail-oriented, they transformed our room into a celebration space that instantly made him feel special.
