After Payment, you will receive a receipt from Goway Travel and Once you begin making payments I will send you a monthly receipt as well.

- All transfers and transportation with a driver (Any individuals travelling outside the group arrangement must organize their own transportation) on a private basis as specified in the above program outline. 1 arrival and 1 departure transfer is included.
- Accommodation as specified in sharing Double/Twin room with breakfast at the chosen hotel.
- Group will be met by a representative at the greeter’s are outside the Terminal
- Sightseeing and admissions as per the itinerary
- All taxes, Tourism Dirham Fee, 5% VAT
- Meals as indicated on itinerary (B-full breakfast, L-lunch, D-dinner)
- Half day Old Dubai City Tour with private English-speaking guide including Dubai Frame visit
- Dubai Marina Evening Dhow Dinner Cruise on sharing with private return transfer
- Half day Modern Dubai City Tour with private English speaking guide including At The Burj Khalifa 124th floor visit (will advise time availability)
- Full day Abu Dhabi City Tour with private English speaking guide
- Afternoon Desert Safari with BBQ Dinner on sharing (up to 6pax per jeep)
- Yacht dinner cruise on a share basis
- All entrance fees during the tours.
- Bottled of mineral water in the bus during the city tour only.
- Staff assistance (English speaking) on the transfers/dinner/excursions, where the guides were not included

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DUBAI
I. LAND ARRANGEMENTS:
Goway Travel General Group Land penalties*
- More than 91 days prior to departure loss of non-refundable deposits
- Between 90-61 Days prior to departure 75% of net tour price
- 60 days or less prior to departure 100% non-refundable
Important Note: Cancellation penalties for some travel arrangements may differ from our general conditions. In this occurrence, you will be advised of these addendums at the time of confirmation or prior to any penalties becoming applicable and as soon as we are notified of these special conditions.
INSURANCE:
It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveller becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveller’s responsibility. Based on Goway Travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance.
Insurance MUST be purchased within 7 days of individual client deposits or payments being made and only covers non-refundable client money held by Goway Travel. If the group cancels prior to final payment and supplier fees being applicable, due to the required minimum numbers not being reached, the premium is refundable providing no claim has been made. In all other cases the premium is non-refundable.
Rates: All rates are subject to reconfirmation at the time of the policy being purchased. We will be happy to quote current rates, however these are not guaranteed until the policy is purchased.

IMPORTANT NOTES ON INSURANCE:
- Goway Travel cannot sell insurance to clients who are residents of Quebec, nor to non-Canadian or US residents.
- Goway cannot sell insurance to residents of New York or Hawaii.
PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION*:
Please ensure clients have arranged all documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of their departure from the US and that passports are also valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being travelled to. The information following only applies to the itinerary booked with Goway Travel and does not cover any independently arranged destinations.
- PASSPORTS
Passports should be valid for a minimum of 6 months from your date of entry.
Emirati authorities will deny you entry if your passport shows an X in the “sex” field or includes an observation to that effect.
- VISAS
DUBAI
Entry requirements for Americans
United States citizens do not require a visa for stays under 30 days.
*applies to US passport holders only. Please make sure that all destinations to be visited or transited verified with the applicable consulate(s) for entry requirements prior to departure, together with requirements for anyone travelling on non US passports.
For any tourism visa applicant less than 18 years old and traveling either with relatives or with 1 or both parents, it is mandatory to send the below documentations:
- Consanguinity proof (birth certificate when traveling with parents as their names will be mentioned there or other proof to be provided when traveling with second or third degree relatives like aunts, uncles, grandparents).
- Copy of valid passport of the parent/s or accompanying relative.
- Copy of valid visa, either visit or residence or application copy of the parent/s or accompanying relative.
